I enjoy reading this article very interesting and very inspiring. Im also an athlete at the age of 30 it was too hard for me to compete because i feel pain in my back i used to take a medicine but after an hours i can feel it again. Now i realized that i should go to a chiropractor for the best treatment for my back.
